1) Once an order is placed you have upto 7 days to cancel without charge (excluding rush orders). After this time you are liable for the full amount.
2) All products are individually made to order. There may be minimal variations to each design.
3) Goods will be despatched after full payment has been received. Cheques must clear before an order is despatched.
4) All orders are subject to make times. You can request an estimated make time prior to order by contacting us.
5) Products are not suitable for small children due to small parts.
6) It is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct colours and sizes. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will advise you as best we can.
7) We cannot accept credit or debit card transactions over the phone.
All deliveries are inclusive of 1st class postage and packaging. If you would like your items sent by Special Delivery please tell us at time of order – additional fee may apply. If you live locally, we reserve the right to deliver your products by hand.
