Individually made, lentil shaped glass bead on sterling silver chain. This bead has been made using black glass with silver glass fragments. The glass fragments are made from a reactive glass to give an individual effect in hues of silver, grey, blue and green.
Each bead has been made by me and no two are the same, so you will get something totally unique. I have tried to show the colours as true to the original as possible. The images have been taken in natural daylight.
All my beads are made individually on a mandrel using a duel fuel torch. Each one is then carefully annealed in a programmable kiln and thoroughly cleaned before making them into jewellery.
The bead is approximately 17mm in diameter and 9mm deep. All the finding and beads added to the glass bead are all solid sterling silver.
This pendant has been added to a 45cm, 1.7mm sterling silver belcher chain.
